Launched in 2022, our Trainee program trains young professionals to occupy strategic positions in the organization through an accelerated development path, created with the aim of strengthening our talent pool and successors.
To be part of this team, the requirements are: a degree completed no more than two years ago, a behavioral profile with leadership potential, availability for travel and mobility, extensive computer knowledge, advanced English and, as a plus, international experience.
Over the course of 12 months, the trainees go through various activities: mentoring, job-rotation, training, assessment, feedback and others.

Since 2022, our Internship Program has been selecting young talent in all of GEQ’s businesses. The aim is to promote the entry of new professionals into the job market. People with high potential and a cultural fit with GEQ, who can develop their careers and add value to the business, strengthening the employer brand and applying new skills and perspectives when carrying out tasks.
During the program, trainees take part in exchanges of experiences, learning trails through the GEQ Academy, individual monitoring and the preparation of a project in the area.
The program lasts 24 months and the requirements to take part are:
Undergraduate degree from the 3rd semester;
Technical or technological degree, from the 2nd semester onwards;
Intermediate knowledge of the Office package;
Basic English;
