In compliance with Law No. 14,611 of July 4, 2023, and MTE Ordinance No. 3,714, the Edson Queiroz Group publishes the pay equity report for its businesses.
The following pay transparency report was prepared by the Ministry of Labor and Employment, of the Federal Government, and took into account information from the 2022 e-Social, which does not reflect the current reality of the company’s businesses.
In accordance with the published regulations, the reports are divided by CNPJs with 100 or more employees, encompassing 23 reports.
