The president of the Edson Queiroz Group, Abelardo Rocha, graced the cover of the 32nd edition of “SIMEC em Revista,” a publication by the Union of Metallurgical, Mechanical, and Electrical Material Industries in the State of Ceará (SIMEC-CE).
In the article, the executive, representing the third generation of the family leading the business, addresses questions about the group’s new challenges amid the current scenario, ongoing changes within the company, and expectations for the near future. During the interview, Abelardo also commented on significant milestones achieved under his leadership: the acquisition of Nestlé’s water business by the food and beverage company Minalba Brasil, and the acquisition of part of Liquigás’ operation by Nacional Gás, pending approval by CADE.
