For this new moment, Minalba brought one of the country’s main haute cuisine events to Campos do Jordão: Gastronômade Brasil. The event, which took place on July 20, offered a different kind of banquet, outdoors, surrounded by nature, in an enchanting setting on Minalba’s premises, under the chill of the Mantiqueira mountain range, in the Vale do Paraíba region (SP).
