The Edson Queiroz Group won LinkedIn’s Talent Awards Brazil in the Rising Star category. The award was presented on October 31 at a ceremony in São Paulo. The award recognizes the best performances among companies that are new to the platform and use the social network’s solution tools to recruit and hire new talent.
According to LinkedIn, more than 1,200 companies in the country took part in the selection of the 2nd edition of the award. There are four categories: Top Social Recruiter, LinkedIn Rising Star, Best Talent Acquisition and Best Employer Brand. The finalists are chosen based on an analysis of a series of criteria assessed by the LinkedIn team, such as proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, use of Job Slots, average number of visits, growth in page followers and engagement with the employer brand on LinkedIn.

The work on the platform is focused on recruiting and retaining talent, as well as the company’s image as an employer brand. In less than a year, there are already more than 200,000 fans of the Group’s LinkedIn company page, with around 30,000 views a month.
