Big changes for the next five years for the Edson Queiroz Group.
In February, the chairman of the Edson Queiroz Group, Abelardo Rocha, presented Ideal 2025, the Group’s Strategic Plan for the next five years, to GEQ employees. The launch event took place at the Holding, in Fortaleza (CE), and was broadcast to the group’s units across the country. Ideal 2025 is made up of a team of professionals from various areas and sectors of GEQ, whose aim is to build a strategic map that points the way to our ideal company model by 2025. Work began in 2019 under the supervision of one of the world’s most respected strategy consultancies – the Balanced Scorecard Institute.
Since its launch, Ideal 2025 has spread to the Group’s more than 12,000 employees, who are now aligned with the same mission: to be present in people’s lives, delivering ease and well-being through sustainable businesses, committed to now and to future generations. And a common vision is now shared by everyone: to be a high-performance group, with businesses among the most profitable in the segments in which it operates.
At the launch, employees were able to learn about the pillars and values that will lead the company to the expected results, presented by the primary leaders. The next steps are to put into practice all the initiatives identified as priorities in each pillar. In the words of the CEO, there is a lot of work ahead and it starts now. But by joining forces and engaging, the goals will be surpassed!
